  Excellent food in a laid-back and welcoming atmosphere. Walking through the big wooden doors, (which my wife didn't initially believe was the entrance), you're greeted by a dimly lit, but friendly setting. Large windows set higher, allow outside light from the street and sky in. Guacamole was good, if a little cold (probably not fresh, but made daily). Tacos are where it's at though. We had prawns, pastor, and fish. We all agreed that three tacos was more than enough food and felt stuffed. Three prawns per taco, a good helping of pork in the pastor, and a pretty large piece of beer battered fish were well received in our stomachs. Definitely recommend if you're looking for Mexican style food in Seattle.

  Bar & table seating at lunch. Menu good for all preferences. Priced about right for urban restaurant. Large portions. I recommend and have returned!

  The only reason why I am giving this place two stars and because our waitress was very very very sweet. But the food was terrible, like genuinely disgusting. I'm tired of all these cultural fusion restaurants in Seattle that lazily appropriate years of tradition just to make a quick buck. It's as if they were trying to justify their extremely high prices with a ridiculously beautiful ambiance... But you can't eat ambience. And you almost can't eat their food either. Never in my life have I been to a Mexican kitchen that refuses to give me spicy food. I asked for more hot sauce, I got water down ketchup. I asked for habanero sauce, I got black pepper water. I'm just very confused why this place still exist. It just tasted like colorful mush with no flavor whatsoever.
